Same trigger, more than one sequence. Two live sequences on one trigger means a contact enters both and receives the union of their messages. This is the usual cause of a mess.
Pile-up. Three or more messages reaching one contact inside 24 hours, counted across every live sequence that shares a trigger. Shown as a red band on the timeline.
Back to back. Two messages less than 2 hours apart on the same trigger.
Unknown status. A sequence you have not confirmed is on or off. These are the ones quietly sending.
No trigger set. Cannot be checked against anything, so it is invisible to every rule above.
