Two things worth fixing

Grant leads are stamped Channel = Meta in Close. bcf-router applies a hardcoded static.channel = "Meta" to every form it handles, including this one, which is the Google Ads form. So grant and Meta leads are indistinguishable in Close, which is exactly the split you want for comparing funnels. Fix is one config value made per-form.
There is no pre-call sequence on this funnel. The Meta funnel enrols booked leads into Kit sequence 2872844 and sends confirmation plus T-24h, T-2h and T-30m SMS reminders. The grant funnel sends nothing after someone books. Only the course sequence exists, and that is for people who do not book.

Still missing

The bodies of the course sequence emails. Kit has no API to read a sequence's content, so those need pulling from the Kit UI or the kit-style-clone build scripts.
Anything still living in Zapier. bcf-router replaced the Zap for this funnel, but I cannot confirm the old Zap is switched off.
